How do I sign up for AutoShip?
On every product page for Crème De La Femme, Pain Spray Mist, and Pain Spray Roll-On you’ll see our AutoShip Program banner just below single-purchase pricing. That’s where you choose the quantity and order frequency you like best. Then you’ll be directed to a page where you can set up your AutoShip Account page.
How often will my AutoPay orders be mailed?
It’s up to you! You can have your favorite products shipped every month, every two months, or every three months. You can choose your frequency at checkout, and change it anytime from your AutoShip Account page. You can even specify the day you would like your order to be placed, and change it at any time.
What delivery options exist for AutoPay orders?
The same options as our one-time orders. We ship most packages via the US Postal Service. If your AutoShip orders weigh less than a pound, then at the time you activate your service you can opt for First Class or Priority Shipping. Packages weighing a pound or more must ship Priority. We also offer expedited UPS shipping service on AutoPay orders, but these prices are set by UPS and are subject to change without notice. You can change your shipping settings at anytime from your AutoShip Account page.
How can I pay for my AutoShip Service?
Because it is an automated service, all AutoShip orders must be billed to a credit card account. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks or Money Orders. Unfortunately, PayPal is not currently compatible with the AutoShip Service.
Do I have to pay for multiple AutoShip Orders upfront?
No. Your credit card account will only be billed when we ship your scheduled orders.
How long will my AutoShip commitment last?
There is no commitment, and you can change your settings anytime. You can PAUSE this service from the AutoShip Account page, and REACTIVATE it later if you choose. There are no fees/charges for PAUSING or REACTIVATING.
What if I want to increase or decrease the size of My AutoShip orders?
You can change the number of products individually for a single scheduled shipment, or globally for all of your AutoShip orders from your AutoShip Account page.
Can I also change the frequency of My AutoShip orders?
Yes. You can make these adjustments anytime from your AutoShip Account page.
Can I cancel My AutoShip Service at any time?
Yes. There is a CANCEL button on the AutoShip Account page that allows you to permanently deactivate your subscription at any time.
Can I sign up for AutoShip as a gift for a friend or family member?
Of course. A lot of customers make a “gift” of our products. But in these cases, you are the customer. It is your credit card account that will be debited once each order ships. And will we continue to mail to the Ship-To address you provide, until you adjust that information on the AutoShip Account page.
Can I add email or postcard promotion discounts to my AutoShip Service?
No, we don’t honor multiple promotions on any orders. But if you use our products regularly, you will almost certainly save more over the course a year with our AutoShip Service than you will by placing orders using occasional promotional codes.
